IMPORTANT!
PLEASE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS! If it should come to a return of the delivery due to a wrong delivery address given by you, we will charge you the return fee. If the goods are broken due to the return (e.g. the plant can no longer be sold), we will invoice you for the value of the goods.
General Information
All our articles are packed as environmentally friendly as possible and shipped climate neutrally with DHL GoGreen. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment, which you can use at https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/dhl-sendungsver.. to check where your package is located.
Plants are only shipped from Monday to Wednesday. That way we try to avoid the plants being stored longer than necessary (e.g. over the weekend) in a cold environment that is harmful to the plants. If the temperature is cold, we may have to delay shipping the plants for safety reasons so that they are not damaged.
Unfortunately, it cannot be ruled out that some soil may fall out of the pot during transport.
If you have an urgent order, or your order needs to be shipped on a specific date, please email us at hi@thebotanicalroom.com and we can find a solution.
These shipping costs do not only consist of the postage of the post office, but also include cardboard packaging, packaging material and processing.

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Österreich, Dänemark, Niederlande, Belgien,

Tschechien, Frankreich, Luxemburg, Polen.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight:

- Orders from 0 up to 5 kg = 5,50 €

- Orders from 5 kg up to 10 kg = 7,50 €

- Orders from 10 up to 20 kg = 10,50 €

- Orders from 20 kg up to 30 kg = 15,50 €

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

- Orders up to 1 kg = 14,90 €

- Orders up to 2 kg = 15,90 €

- Orders up to 3 kg = 16,90 €

- Orders up to 4 kg = 17,90 €

- Orders up to 5 kg = 18,90 €

- Orders from 5 kg up to 10 kg = 23,90 €

- Orders from 10 kg up to 20 kg = 34,00 €

- Orders from 20 kg up to 30 kg = 46,00 €

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 7 days,

for deliveries abroad within 3 - 10 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of

the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other

agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with

the longest delivery time.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options.

In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.
